The existing gas compression cables will be replaced by the installation of one fully ducted cable circuit, comprising of 3x1 coreXLPE 132Kv cables between terminal towers FC34&35. Fibre optic protection cablesducts willbe installedon this project and the existing gas pipe compression cable system will be decommissioned.
The project includes
- Supply abd Installation of 1x 132Kv underground cable circuit
- Works to include all terminal tower works, sealing end structures new bases directional drilling, route and joint bay proving.
Road closure information
- Fernhill lane will be subject to closure from 4th November for 7 weeks
